Leigh-Ann Joseph

Leigh-Ann Joseph is the Account Executive in the Training Division at Safe Management Group, where she partners with organizations across the healthcare, community social services, developmental services, education, post-secondary, and special needs sectors to support safer, more compassionate environments through Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). With more than 30 years of experience in education and training, Leigh-Ann is known for her relationship-focused and collaborative approach, taking the time to understand each organization’s unique challenges and goals. She recently completed her Master of Education degree and brings extensive experience as a professor and educator in both Canada and the Caribbean, including work within special needs education. Leigh-Ann is passionate about helping organizations build staff confidence, improve communication, and create safer outcomes for both employees and the individuals they support. She believes meaningful training begins with strong relationships, practical solutions, and a genuine commitment to people.
