Our Commitment:

Safe Management Group is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. People with disabilities will be treated in a way that recognizes their dignity and independence.

To meet the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner, we will remove and prevent barriers to accessibility and meet our accessibility requirements under the accessibility laws of the Province of Ontario.

Customer Service


Deliver education and training to employees/contractors on hire regarding customer service for people with disabilities.      
Develop tracking process to ensure all employees/contractors are trained.      
Review/revise all policies to ensure they reflect the principles of dignity, independence, equal opportunity, and integration.      
Create accessible feedback processes regarding accessibility practices for people with disabilities.      
Initiate change based on feedback on accessibility practices.      

Information and Communication


Ensure emergency evacuation procedures are presented to employees/contractors and visitors in an understandable and accessible format      
Review accessibility options for websites to enable broader access      
Employment Include a statement in all job postings confirming commitment to accommodation of applicants with disabilities      
Inform new hires of the company’s commitment accommodating employees/contractors with disabilities through the development of an accommodation plan      
Built Environment Review existing office and program space to identify outstanding accessibility improvements      
  Incorporate accessibility requirements in the selection and design of any new office or program space
