Christian Hornby

Prior to joining the Safe Management team, Christian worked for 31 years in youth justice, supporting teens in conflict with the law in both secure and open custody settings, helping young people navigate often very difficult circumstances both at home and in their communities. For 25 of those years, Christian was a trainer throughout his agency for the staff teams in de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques that promoted both client and staff safety, as well as a trainer in First Aid / CPR. He has been a volunteer with his local police Victim Services branch and his local community music festival.
