Carla has 30 years of experience in the developmental services field, with most of her career focused on supporting individuals with behavioural needs. Carla’s work across a range of social service sectors has given her a broad experience and strong understanding of diverse client needs.

Carla also spent six years training organizational staff teams and have applied those techniques throughout much of her career.
