Reshad Ropal
Finance Manager
Reshad Popal is the Finance Manager at Safe Management Inc.. He oversees the Finances for Safe Management Inc. and Autism Behaviour Habilitation Services (ABHS).
Previously, Mr. Popal served as the Adjunct Business Instructor at the American University of Afghanistan teaching accounting and business subjects.
As a Fulbright Scholar, his academic credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Silberman Business School at the Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Popal is currently pursuing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
